This is a striped beakfish rig equipped with a supple and strong new material leader. The leader uses Kevlar or Poly-Lart, and the special coating on the hook's eye and loop provides excellent strength and line passage, reducing damage to bait such as sea urchins and hermit crabs when threading them.
