I purchased this new 4 years ago and used it about 5 times for fishing (light jigging). After each fishing trip, I washed it, dried it in a well-ventilated area, and then stored it. There are some minor scratches and dirt, but it is fully functional. As this is a used item and my assessment is that of an amateur, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. Please check the photos for details on the condition, although they may be difficult to see. All accessories are shown in the photos. The cover came with it when purchased.
