This is a Starbucks merchandise item: a pass case with a reel. I've used it a few times, so as you can see in the third picture, there are a few scratches on the metal part of the reel, but they are superficial. As shown in the fourth picture, there is a small stain from a ballpoint pen on the right edge, so I've marked it as having some scratches and stains. As shown in the fifth picture, the paint on the upper left side is not chipped; it's how it looked when I bought it. Basically, there's no major deterioration, but please be aware that I apologize if you are concerned about minor scratches.
