The condition is listed as poor because this is an original custom product. I think it's usable as is, but that's just my personal opinion. Also, please understand that this is just the carburetor. It has been modified to a high roof and bay window, and painted with a lame finish and clear red, giving it a look that could be seen as either wine red or candy red.
