This is a Fixcel Light RS17L. It has scratches here and there, but they're inevitable with use, so there's no problem with its functionality. It also comes with a rod stand, making it perfect for small game fishing (horse mackerel, rockfish, scorpionfish, sand whiting, squid, octopus) and the like. Everything in the pictures is included.
