My hobby is collecting sleeping bags, so I don't use this cap. I sleep in a sleeping bag all year round. Since I live in a cold region, I use this sleeping bag on the outside when layering two sleeping bags in extreme cold. It doesn't directly touch my body. However, I've used it many times.
