This is a backpack with a hidden Mickey Mouse design. It has a zipper at the bottom so it can be attached to a carry-on bag. It also has pockets on both sides, inside, and outside, making it very useful. In the 8th photo, the bottom of the bag has some black marks, which are on the back side.
