This item has been used about 5 times by an elementary school child, so there are some minor stains. I'm not sure about the size or weight, but an adult woman (M size) could wear both. The mitts have adjustable Velcro straps, so I think a man could also wear them. This would make them suitable for parents and children to use together. Please understand that this is a used item that has been used by a child.
