This nearly colorless, waterproof filter cuts UV rays, making it ideal for landscape photography and everyday use. As it is an older item, there are some scratches, dirt, and coating degradation, but they are not significant enough to affect practical use. Also, the waterproof coating seems to be sticky or prone to static electricity, as dust keeps clinging to it no matter how much you wipe or blow it. I don't think it will have much impact on image quality.
