This is a lamp holder from the Belgian lighting manufacturer, zangra. In Japan, it's available at stores like BOLTS HARDWARE (around 9,900 yen each). It doesn't fit the light bulb I have (IKEA TRADFRI globe bulb), so it's unused. It seems the bulb extends less than with a mogul socket, and it should be easier to install.
