Nuku-be Hiya-be (Warm-be Cool-be) This is a set of a tokkuri (sake bottle) and ochoko (sake cups) that can be used for both atsukan (hot sake) and reishu (chilled sake). By putting hot water or ice water in the outer container, you can warm or cool the sake vessel inside. Because it uses a bain-marie method, it keeps the taste of the sake mellow, prevents the temperature from dropping easily, and prevents "kan-kuzure" (the deterioration of hot sake as it cools). Not oven, microwave, or direct flame safe. Also, there are some rubber marks on the tokkuri body. The rubber will be attached as cushioning material and sent as is. Please remove the rubber when using.
