This is a new, unopened item. ^_^ The purchase price was over 6000 yen, but I'm selling it at a bargain price. (^^) It's for minivans, but can be used in other cars if the size is right. This product uses an air pump to inflate a cushion under the seat, filling the gap, and then covering it with a waterproof cover. ^_^
