This is a natural wood confectionary bowl from Ishikawa Lacquerware in Odawara. The natural wood grain is beautiful, and the shape of the bowl is also lovely. There is one spot where the color is lighter, but it's from the beginning (see photo 6). Although it is new and unused, it has been stored in my parents' china cabinet for many years.
