This item was sold exclusively to FC members. There are no bonuses, only the DVD. It is not a full playback, but the operation has been confirmed. The case has some scratches, but they are not very noticeable. The disc surface has 2-3 light scratches on the 5th-anniversary edition. Other than the above, I don't think there are any major scratches, stains, or damage, but this is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are particularly concerned about the condition.
