This is the S.I.C. series Kamen Rider Hibiki. All parts and instructions are included. I think it's in relatively good condition for its age. ...However, one of the pegs on the waist part is broken (see images 3 and 4). If you can embrace it and think, "It looks cleaner without it!", that would be great, but if you really want to attach it to the waist, please use glue or something similar. Personally, he's my favorite Heisei Rider.
