I bought this when I went to Saipan. It's a Bojo Bo doll, a traditional Saipan wishing doll. It's made from coconuts, nuts, and coconut fiber. This doll has been passed down from the indigenous people since ancient times and is said to bring love and wealth. They come in pairs, male and female, and it is believed that your wishes will come true by changing the way you tie their hands and feet. I have kept it in storage since I bought it.
