This is a Cinnamoroll strap. My child won it in a capsule toy machine, but we have a duplicate, so I'm selling it. I think it's made overseas? The craftsmanship may be imperfect. There is no Sanrio stamp, but it's very cute. Thank you for your understanding and purchase.
