While this type of embroidery is often seen on issued items, this one is likely custom-made, as I've never seen another like it. It's a special piece with a double-sided design and the word "Yokosuka" on it. The quilting on the B-side is coming undone, but it doesn't affect wearability. The body width is about 54-55cm, but the length is 56cm, so it can be worn either as a short length or a more fitted style.
