This is a collaboration dress from about 10 years ago between Ray, earthmusic&ecology, and the idol group NEWS. I've only worn it once, so there's no smell of used clothing. It's made of velour material, the fabric is thick, and it has a lining. It's a size M, and the waist is slightly cinched. There's no waist size listed. The original price was around 6000 yen.
