I purchased this item new and have been using and storing it at home. This listing is for the main unit only. I have confirmed that it is working properly. I believe this item is not widely distributed in Japan. I will be selling it as I don't anticipate using it in the future. The dedicated cable varies depending on the amplifier, but there are shops in Japan that can provide support, so I don't think there will be any problems.
