According to the Digital Daijisen, "Ten maku Kouken, Toki hi mu Hanrei" means: Han Li helped Goujian, who was defeated by Wu, and was a loyal subject who destroyed Wu. Heaven will not abandon Goujian; when the time comes, a loyal subject like Han Li will appear and help him. It was at my in-laws' house. I think it was purchased as a souvenir.
