We hope that this book, cherished by my father-in-law, will see the light of day once again. My father-in-law marked a wavy line next to the sentence, "What good does it do to write well? It was Basho who said there was something to be said after saying it out loud." It seems my father-in-law was moved by Kazumasa Nakagawa's writing.
