Currently, it plays comfortably from top to bottom. The pads also seem to be in good condition. While there are some minor scratches on the exterior, overall it appears to be in good condition. A mouthpiece is not included, so please prepare one separately. The case is the original semi-hard case shown in the photos, and there are no problems with its use.
