They are peel-and-stick, with a transparent background, and are water-resistant, so unlike water-slide decals, they can withstand rain and minor wetness. *These are not cheap, low-quality products that will easily rub off or fade when wet. The classic and very popular transition logo for Fender. Commonly known as the "tra logo." (The images after the second one show the "spa logo," but the product is the "tra logo," so please be assured.) The last photo is a picture of the actual product. How to apply: Cut the decal to your desired size with the backing paper still attached, peel it off, and apply it while tracing with your finger to prevent air bubbles. Then, gently warm it with a hairdryer, etc., to help it adhere. (Be careful not to overheat, as this can melt the paint or lacquer and negatively affect the wood of the headstock.) Of course, the areas other than the logo are transparent, and the background other than the logo is clear. Many high-value real vintage Fender guitars have had their logos peel or wear off over time, and have been repaired with decals. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are hesitant about applying a Fender decal. (Please look for a Fender neck with the original logo intact.) These are easy-to-apply sticker-type decals, not the water-soluble type, so you shouldn't have any trouble applying them. (I have never received any complaints about this.)
