This is a GOLD'S GYM power belt. I used it at home for simple bench presses, but not for serious training. There is writing on it. I think it's in good condition, as I haven't used it much! I think the size was around the middle, but I don't have a record. The total length is about 103cm, and I used it with a waist of about 85-90cm, using the 3rd or 4th hole. *Photos added, it's XS!
