Thank you for viewing. This is an IKEA floor lamp. There are two small tears in the lower part of the washi paper (see image 3). Also, it is slightly slanted, but I don't know if this is how it was originally. From image 5, there are photos for assembly. You can also search for "ikea holmo assembly," but I'll include the photos just in case. Screw the thicker end of the two-piece pole into the round base. Fit the white frame into the bulge and close the cap. Then, screw in the light bulb here (image 5). Screw the black pole onto the white frame (image 6). Place the washi paper over that pole and secure it with the cap (image 7). Attach the bottom frame of the washi paper to the screw-type fasteners on the pole and secure it. This completes the assembly.
