Just coat and fry! This is a karaage mix that recreates the classic Taiwanese street food, chicken cutlet (Ji Pai), with its characteristic sweet aroma of star anise and cinnamon. One bag contains two packets. One packet is for two servings (250g of chicken = I can eat it all myself!). It also works well with shallow frying (about 1cm of oil in a skillet).
