I can print, but suddenly black ink stopped printing. I've cleaned it many times, but only black ink won't come out. It prints in gray, and color printing works fine. I used compatible ink only once recently, so that might be the cause. It's a used item, so please consider it for parts. Thank you for your consideration. Only the main unit and power cable.
