This is a Velbon SPT-1 telephoto lens support. As shown in the photos, it includes the main body, cover, and mounting screw adapter. There are no noticeable scratches and no functional problems. I used it 5-6 times after purchase, but I am selling it because I have replaced my telephoto lens and no longer need it. I also purchased a mounting screw adapter separately to match the mounting diameter on the camera body, and I will include this as well. *Please note that this is a used item, so no claims or returns are accepted.
