Handmade shorts! ^^ The length is about 27cm, and the hem width is about 23cm. They have a black base with white polka dots. As you can see in the fifth photo, the inner fabric is navy blue. I think they used up all the remaining black fabric and sewed on the hem because there wasn't enough for the fold-over.
