This is a SHIPS linen 50% short-sleeved dress. I purchased it new at the store and used it a few times, then stored it in my closet after cleaning. There is a thin elastic band at the waist. It's not tight, but it cinches the waist nicely. It's the type that ties with a ribbon in the front. The lining is sewn in from the beginning, so it's easy to wear. See photos 8-9. Size is 38. Color is green, almost the same as the photos. Material: Outer: Linen 51%, Rayon 49% Lining: Polyester 100% My lifestyle has changed and I don't wear it as often, so I hope someone will enjoy it.
