I was using this until recently, and it works without any problems. I used a case and glass film from the time of purchase. The crack in photo 3 is on the protective film, not the main body. I will remove the protective film when shipping. There are no noticeable large scratches, but there are some minor scratches from use. Please check the condition in the photos.
