This is a Streamlight Sidewinder Compact. I purchased it new several years ago and have only used it once. The light colors are RED, BLUE, and WHITE, and it's a button-operated light with IR (Infrared) functionality. Each of the light colors illuminates, but I have been unable to confirm the functionality of the IR feature as I do not own any night vision equipment.
