In my opinion, it tends to lose its shape when empty, but it's much less noticeable when you put things in it. I purchased it around December 2013 at a department store in Osaka. The purchase price was just under 200,000 yen. There are no accessories such as a guarantee card or dust bag. I haven't used it in the last 3-4 years, but it was one of my favorite bags, so there is overall wear and tear, scratches, and stains, and the handles have darkened. Also, because it's made of soft leather, it has lost its shape. It can still be used, but please check the photos carefully as there are scratches and stains.
