This is a set of a skirt and top in the "jirei" style (a Japanese fashion style). The shoulders are open with frills. The top has a zipper, and the skirt is a skort. I only tried it on after purchasing it. I am selling it because it didn't suit me. Since it is made overseas, there are some areas with rough stitching. Please purchase only if you understand this.
