This is issue Vol. 6 of Toei Hero MAX, published by Tatsumi Publishing in 2003. Features include special sections on Kamen Rider 555, which was about to be released in theaters at the time, and Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger. There are also features on heroes from 10 years prior. Notably, all five cast members of Gosei Sentai Dairanger (Ryo, Daigo, Shouji, Kazu, and Rin) are present for a roundtable discussion, which made me very happy when I bought it back then. The condition is good. There is almost no noticeable dirt or damage. There is some yellowing and minor creasing.
