There may be some slight wobbling, and occasionally the shuttle may not launch properly, but I think it's not a malfunction. There's a part with a black screw, but I don't know how to use it, and it was there from when I bought it, so I'll include it as is. You can still use it without attaching it! Box, instructions, AC adapter, and 2 tubes are included. Operation has been confirmed, so you can use it immediately upon arrival.
