This is a Tilak GORE-TEX jacket. It has been used regularly since purchase, so there is some creasing and dirt on the surface, as well as some peeling of the tape on the back. There is also some brown discoloration on the zipper around the neck. However, there are no tears, so I think it can still be used. The size is S, but it's quite large.
