This is Minnie Mouse's dress from Palpalooza. I made it for my daughter, who loves Minnie Mouse. She was overjoyed. She wore it for about 2-3 hours, before and after the parade, and when taking photos with Minnie. It has been washed since then. The dress is made of cotton with a polka dot pattern. The hearts and pearls on the waist are attached with glue. The ribbon in the back is stuffed for a three-dimensional effect ୨୧ The headband is a remake of one purchased at Disney. The felt hearts were used by threading them through the Velcro straps of the shoes. Please refer to the photos. This is handmade by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.
