Purchased for a relative's funeral when I was in nursery school. I also wore it for graduation ceremonies when I wasn't the main focus. It can also be worn as everyday wear. The fabric on the top fits snugly, while the tulle on the bottom is fluffy. The same fabric as the top is used as lining underneath the tulle. It looks very cute with leggings.
