This is a Power Squid from Ecogear. I obtained these as part of a bulk sale of worms, so the details are unclear, but they appear to be the L size, 5.5 inches. There are 6 pieces. They come in 2 colors (or 3 colors, as some are without glitter). Details such as usage are unknown. They are currently discontinued and reportedly difficult to obtain. Since there was no lid for the container, I will ship them in the bag shown in the second image via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
