Used once. I'm selling it because the color didn't match. I think it's probably more than 90% full. The puff has been washed with a commercially available detergent. Please discard it if you don't need it. To prevent the powder from scattering, I will seal the holes with masking tape before shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
