This is a swimming cap. I bought it about 7 years ago and have only used it once. There's no visible deterioration, but I've marked it as having some minor scratches and stains due to its age. I think there are no particular problems. I'm not sure what the numbers mean, but "BS2" is written on the inside of the cap.
