Thank you for viewing. This is a vintage 1996 bottle of "Barbera Monferrato" wine. It is a red wine from the Piedmont region of Italy. It has the designation "DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA" (Controlled Designation of Origin). "CAV. FELICE ABBONA & FIGLI-BAROLO" is the producer, a winery based in Barolo. The Japanese term "fruit wine" is also written on the label. This bottle was found at my parents' house. I hope to sell it to someone who appreciates aged wines.
