I usually buy 'XS size' and 'S size' at Uniqlo fits me perfectly. The flat measurements are approximately 51cm between the armpits, 46cm from the armpit to the cuff, and 66cm from the neck and back joint to the hem. I have only tried it on, but I washed it with wool detergent and a hand wash setting before listing it. There is a slight crack in the printed tag (inside the garment, so it's not visible) due to the temperature and humidity during home storage, but I believe it's something that can happen with everyday use.
