Set. Used once outdoors. The top part above the white line in the second photo has been set with wax. In the third photo, the circled part has had a bundle of hair gathered with a rubber band and inserted into the braid. The fourth photo is the back of the braid, and although it's not visible, the set has come undone quite a bit. The set may come undone during shipping. Hair accessories are not included.
