I purchased this in South Korea a few years ago. It can hold a smartphone, handkerchief, mini wallet, lipstick, and a mirror. The smartphone fits horizontally. I've used it a few times and stored it at home. I took good care of it, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is some scuffing on the corners and cracking due to aging (on the handle).
