This is a skater-made mug featuring designs of Merrythought's Mrs. & Mr. Twisty Cheeky, Humpty Dumpty, and Punkinhead. It's a children's mug and includes a sticker to write a name on. It has been stored on a shelf in my home collection. It's a product from about 30 years ago. There is cellophane tape from the name sticker stuck to the inside of the cup, which has become brittle due to aging. I think it can be removed by moistening it with water and rubbing it with a sponge, etc. I'm keeping it for display purposes rather than for use, so I will ship it as is. I couldn't find any listings for the same product on Mercari. As this is an old item, would anyone who understands its collectible nature be interested?
