Purchased at ISETAN, Italian-made jacket by SANTANIELLO, size 48. It's an Italian size, so I think it fits more like a size 46. The color in the 6th photo is the closest to the actual color. Side vents, sleeves are real buttonholes. I bought it at Isetan about two years ago for around 120,000 yen, but it's in beautiful condition as I haven't worn it much. Thank you!
