This item was purchased in the summer of 2025. I am selling it at a low price because I don't have the pamphlet. I used it a few times, but I get hives from contact and friction, so my back itches when I use it, and it didn't suit me. I think it's better to use it with a cushion or pillow under your head. The protrusions are a little painful, so in that case, it's quite comfortable to use with a towel or something placed on it. Also, you can use it on the reverse side, which opens your shoulders more than the side with the protrusions, and is good for stretching.
